Description:
Come to visit beautiful Sunriver and stay in this great three-level, five-bedroom family home with extra sleeping area and updated features. This home is well suited for 12 people and can sleep up to 14. The home is full of windows to give you amazing panoramic views of Sunriver and the surrounding area while also giving you an open and airy feeling. This large home also features a wrap-around deck where you can enjoy a nice BBQ on the propane grill or a relaxing evening in the hot tub. Perfect for your vacation here in Sunriver!

Main Level:
On the main level of this home you will find an beautiful open area with a sitting area, living area, the Kitchen and Dining area, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bath with Shower/Tub combo. The lava rock-faced fireplace is a classic Sunriver focal point.

Kitchen:
Off the living area is the galley-style kitchen that is fully equipped with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. This kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

Downstairs:
There is a large living/entertainment area downstairs with a Pool Table and Smart TV. There are also two bedrooms: One bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a set of twin-sized bunk beds. For extra sleeping, the sectional in the Living area with its Ottoman doubles as a full-sized bed.

Upstairs:
Up the stairs are two more bedroom and an extra sleeping space. One the left at the top of the stairs is a primary bedroom. It has a king bed and a great sized walk-in closet and a connected Bathroom with Shower.

The other Upstairs Bedroom is at the end of the open hall and is connected to the Extra Sleeping area. The bedroom has a Queen bed and Smart TV, then there's a door and step down to a room with another Queen bed which is then connected by a door and step down to a bathroom with Shower.

EV Chargers: There are two EV chargers at the home: One in the garage and one outside. Please bring your own cord and any adapters that may be needed for charging.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Perfect for family friends
We had 4 families with small children and this house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the sharc passes and the location in a convenient part of sunriver. We would stay again

Nice stay but……
We enjoyed our stay as a family! The size was good but lots of maintenance is needed… 2 toilets had to be manual flushed from inside tank…kitchen sink constantly plugged sink disposal didn’t work … super soggy wet floor in basement bunk bed room…and other maintenance issues… definitely would make sure these things were fixed before your stay … was a disappointment!

Disappointing
We were very excited for our trip, but one thing after another went wrong; beginning with the entire road being blocked off when we arrived. Then, once we were able to finally make entry to the home, we encountered many items that would have been just minor inconveniences - but due to the sheer number of items made the overall stay pretty disappointing. In retrospect, I would have rather stayed somewhere else - likely with more easily accessible customer service. Over a month later, and we're still awaiting our 10% refund that was promised due to all of the inconveniences that we encountered. As someone that is a professional property manager; To ownership and/or management, I would recommend having your maintenance team go through the home room by room to fix all of the issues. For now, we'll just keep waiting for our refund.

Needs some work.
Inside is nice. The refrigerator does not open. Too tight against the wall. Lots of remodeling done inside. Workmanship in bathroom upstairs is questionable. Outside deck railing loose. Exterior needs work. Decks need cleaning.

The home was well set up and great for our large group. Comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The left refrigerator door does not open which was a major issue; very difficult to use the fridge. Exterior of the home needs lots of TLC and cleaning. Overall, we had a great stay and the management handled everything very quickly.

Wonderful family home
Great house for a big family gathering. I would suggest bringing sleeping bags for kids if more than two. There iso e set of kids bunks. Really only sleeps 12 comfortably. House was very clean and the management company was excellent when weneeded things.

Great Space for Large Families
We are a multigenerational group who spend a lot of time in Sunriver, this was our first stay at this property. The house was big with lots of space for everyone in our group. The back deck area was a wonderful place to hang out/eat dinner/let the kids run around. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need. The property management group was very responsive to any issue or question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation
Not worth the money we spent. Here’s our list of things we didn’t enjoy, carpet stains & smell, outlet in main bathroom not working, basement bedrooms are dark & damp, mold in some shower stalls, backyard needs lawn cut back, mattress needs to be replaced & couches need cleaning. We organized the garage to fit our bikes & golf clubs. Cascara was very prompt when we needed more propane & pillow cases.

The pictures showed a much newer property than what was existing today. The home was still fairly dirty and one of the showers didn't work. There was no soap in the upstairs showers. Once contacted the issues were immediately addressed.

We had a great (HOT!) trip to Sunriver. House was comfy and great set up for families. Kitchen was lacking a bit, especially for a house that sleeps so many people (not enough plates, no serving platters, etc) but everything else was great. We had an issue with some of the blankets and the rental company responded right away.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Overall layout of house was great. Unfortunately everything else fell short. House smelled bad, garage was a mess with wood chips and outdoor furniture cushions everywhere, there wasn't a garbage can in the kitchen, trash compactor was broken, dishwasher rack was broken, light bulbs burnt out, no hot water upstairs, tvs weren't working, the list could go on. We were really bummed at the condition of the home. I urge you to save your money and find a different property.

Great stay, great property
Everything was how the listing and photos appeared, easy communication with the host and key pickup at the start, and dropoff at the end. I know they can't always do it, but were able to check us in a little early and accommodate our group which was great for a friday afternoon after the drive from portland. If we do another group trip to sunriver, I'd definitely stay there again.

REALLY BAD
I normally don't write reviews but I am compelled to write this as no one should have to stay in this filth. The house appeared clean upon first glance, the bathrooms were newer and clean, the towels were clean, but the carpets were filthy, under the jute dining room rug was a layer of dirt, dust balls and hair, all the rugs and carpet were not clean, had multiple spots on all levels, and the carpet had runs in it exposing the tack board to the downstairs bathroom where several guests stepped on it with bare feet. there was an electrical outlet without a cover on the floor. The front of the deck was falling off and was a liability waiting to happen. The master bedroom closet shelving looked like it was falling down. the couches were full of dust, we had to put towels on them to feel comfortable to lay on. The bedding was old and falling apart, although covered with a sheet, the comforters looked like they were old and unclean. In this time of COVID where you should feel the cleanliness, it was hard to stay. I will say that Stacy at the Cascara Vacation Rentals was empathic and did give a refund for one night and the cleaning, It was still so over priced for the experience and the property.

Great for Multi-Generational Family Trip
The process of booking this property, checking in, using it, and checking out were all smooth. The accommodations made for Covid were clearly communicated and executed without any issues. Upon arrival, the house was clean and most things were in order. There were a few small items missing, but they were quickly supplied for us. When we ran out of propane for the grill, that was supplied in a very timely manner. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed to prepare meals for large groups. We were preparing meals for 14 people and didn't have any moments of missing something. There was a small tear in the carpet downstairs, which will be addressed by the owner. We enjoyed our stay and it made for a good week!

Family Gathering - 3 Generations!
The property is in a good location and overall great for a large group of people of all ages. We had informed the property manager that we wanted to enter early, but unfortunately, they cleaners weren't even done by check-in time. When we arrived, they were on the back porch with their dog and looked to be relaxing. The house was not clean and dog hair was all over the furniture and floors. The house has a really good lay out, but we were not told nor did the online information share that that two bedrooms were attached and you have to go through one to get to the other and the bathroom. Also, the listing is a bit deceiving and lists more beds than there actually is. They count the couch (not a pull out - a couch) as a bed for two. We are still trying to figure out where the 15th bed was. When we made our reservations, the listing said it slept 16, but it changed by the time we got there and the manager brought over a blow up mattress that deflated every night. Also, we had to ask for enough linens for the additional sleeping areas and light bulbs. The kitchen was fully stocked and was supplied well which we really appreciated since we were feeding 16 people for a week. The dining room table was also perfect for our large gathering. The porch had really nice seating and eating areas which we enjoyed using. We understand that the house was recently updated. I think that is a bit misleading as it still needs some more TLC - better blankets, more linens, lamps in every bedroom (and ones that work, have shades and bulbs). Also, the garage is full of the homeowners things and we didn't have room for all of our bikes. Considering that we kept our reservation throughout the COVID issues and probably paid more than if we had made our reservations later, we didn't have real beds for everyone and the house was dirty, it would be great to see a little refund of some kind for these issues. Overall, the house was great for a large group of people and we had a great time!
