Century-old mill home that was completely renovated to modern standards while keeping its' nostalgic charm.

Location! Location! Location! Convenient location is a five minute walk to the river and Drake Park and no more than a ten minute walk to downtown. Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. 2 Bedrooms: 1 king bedroom (new king bed as of August 2016) with master bath, second bedroom has a queen bed (new as of December 2016) and a twin bed
*All bedding is washed in between every guest stay.

Great location
Really enjoyed our stay. Nice place and real close to everything we planned for the week. Perfect place for anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in downtown.

Great location, comfy stay
Our group of two couples had a great stay here! The location was perfect, walkable to Drake Park and the nearby shops and restaurants. The living room area is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Although the claw foot tub is super cute, we did all have to share the shower attached to the master bedroom. Overall a great stay!

If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect.
It’s a perfect place to crash if you are busy in the area. Not entertainment friendly. It’s a quant place in a great area. Beds could use an upgrade, but serviceable for a couple nights stay.

Adorable and great location!
This home was adorable, and even cuter than the pictures in person. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was very clean and in a great location, just a short walk to downtown Bend. My only small complaint would be that the portable AC unit did not cool very well, and we were a little hot while sleeping. From what I understand, it was unusually hot the week we were in Bend, so it's probably fine for majority of the year. I still give this home 5 stars!

Cute house in great location!

Great place, responsive host!
I really enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to go back! The host was very responsive to a couple early issues that I had and everything was resolved super quickly (within minutes!). House is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Great location with an easy walk to multiple parks and downtown. Perfect spot!

Great location
Perfect location for enjoying Bend breweries, restaurants, and amphitheater. Walking distance to everything. The house was clean, had everything you needed, and great neighborhood.

Comfortable and close to everything
We had a great stay at the house! The beds were very comfortable, the internet was very fast to support remote work, and it was an easy to walk to downtown. We had a slight hiccup with the keycode upon check in, but our host quickly resolved it. I'd stay here again!

Great location and cute house
We were in Bend to ride bikes. The location is great for easy access to all kinds of riding, and it was great to have a grocery store in walking distance. The house is very nice, with comfy beds and couches and a nice shaded sitting area in the back yard. The owner James was very helpful and answered questions promptly. We had a lovely stay.

Nice house in great location
Very cute and well-managed rental home in Bend. Well-stocked and organized. The host was less responsive than typical expectations for a rental home. Also we noticed chairs that we used in the front yard to watch fireworks were moved by someone the next day .... the host perhaps (no message)? or someone random? Either way, we were creeped out.

Great Bend house!
We had a great experience at this lovely home. We had everything we needed. The only addition I would make is converting the claw foot tub to a shower. Vanessa is super on top of everything. Walking through Drake park to downtown was priceless.

Great location...
We were visiting Bend with our two and three year old sons, so the location was fantastic for us. There are two great parks within 2-3 blocks from the house, and easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants, coffee, and Newport Market. We especially loved going to McKay Park with the little beach for the boys to play in the water, Harmon Park, Bend Brewing Co's lawn and taco cart, and of course Spork! We walked and biked just about everywhere! I would not choose to stay at this house again, though. It isn't bad, it's just tiny, and all the furnishing, dishes, towels, etc, feel cheep, and it still needs some updating/maintenance. I'm not sure it is in line with what we paid to stay here. Also, there is a nice side lawn, but no furniture to utilize in that space. It's also on a busy road, so it's pretty loud.

Great location, lovely space
The owners really made our Christmas stay extra comfortable and cozy--they changed out one of the beds in the second room to a queen which was perfect for our 6 ft tall teenager, added tea lights to the fireplace area, and kindly allowed us to check-in early when we arrived to snowy Bend a bit ahead of schedule. The home is all newly remodeled and laid out well. While it is on a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet inside. It's actually in a perfect location--we walked to Newport Market, Drake Park and downtown. We have stayed in many rentals in Bend and this is top of the list. We will definitely go back. Thank you!!
