Recently remodeled 2 BR, 2BA condo in Mt Bachelor Village Resort beckons 6 adventure seekers to Bend, OR. Summer guests will be drawn to the resort pool, hot tub, playground, and hiking trails, then return to air-conditioned comfort. Snow worshippers are 20 minutes door to door to Mt Bachelor with even shorter drives to fantastic sno-parks. Everyone sleeps comfortably in 1 King, 1 Queen, and a Queen sofa sleeper.

River trail access is a stone’s throw from your front door. 10 minutes max to all the Bend attractions – downtown, Old Mill district, restaurants, breweries, shopping, Schwab Amphitheater, river access.

Dine outside on the private deck, burgers fresh off the gas grill, surrounded by pine and peace and quiet.

Stacked full-size washer and dryer is tucked away in upper level. Wi-fi keeps you connected.

Pool hours (May – Oct) 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outdoor Jacuzzi is open year around.

Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

Time with Family after 7 Years
The Property is clean, easily to locate, perfectly appointed for a long weekend or extended stay. We had one teenager, one 11 year old, two adults and the Condo was the perfect size. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again the next time they make it into town. Thank you!

The condo was vey small. Bed weed not comfortable and sheets looked wore out. The kitchen was equipped with enough cooking accessories, and could be cleaned better. We had to hit up supermarket after the second day for now bathroom tissue. The area was beautiful, but probably won’t be staying there again.
