This Sunriver Cabin has a large wood beam, wood panel, and vaulted ceilings to help accent the natural wood paneling throughout the main living spaces. Out on the patio, you can cook a meal on the gas BBQ. There are bikes for all ages, perfect for exploring the miles and miles of trails Sunriver has to offer.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the spacious Primary Bedroom with a queen bed.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a twin bed and a pyramid-style bunk bed (twin over full).

Living:
The classic cabin-style home has a large open concept living room. You will stay warm thanks to the wood-burning stove while relaxing in the living room watching a movie or reading your favorite book. New living room sofa that reclines on each end as well as 2 new recliners.

Kitchen/Dining:
This updated and spacious kitchen is perfect to enjoy your meals while on vacation. The four seats at the kitchen island are great to enjoy breakfast or spend time with the family.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

I like to stay near the village before Memorial Day and this was perfect for walking my Great Dane before & after skiing Mt. Bachelor.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small accident the day we were leaving (bloody nose) that left stains on the carpet. In the craziness to leave, I forgot to text the property manager tkk ok let them know. Stacy worked with me to get the carpet cleaning taken care of and was very helpful and understanding. Thanks for a great stay!

It was located close to Sunriver village. Four bikes were available and in good condition. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and to have small gathering for breakfast. There was a great supply of kitchen pots and pans for cooking. Master shower had dispensers with body wash and shampoo with conditioner

One week family vacation at Bobcat 7
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My grandson's and I had a wonderful vacation at Sunriver the 1st week of august, 2015. The SHARC pool passes were very much appreciated and we used them daily. SHARC is a beautiful facility! The only issue we encountered was the lower bunk mattress needs to be replaced. It is virtually unusable (it gave my 13 yr old grandson a backache).

Lovely stay for a family of five.
This property stayed extremely cool even with temperatures exceeding 100°. It also remained smoke-free smelling in the home even with local wildfires. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out, and we appreciated the extra box fans in the closets to help circulate the air through the home. Just be aware that there are no Ziploc’s, foil, saran wrap, salt, pepper, etc. You will need every single item you can think of if you want to prep any food in this property or store anything in the refrigerator. The Master bed wasn’t super comfy to either my husband or myself but we made it work, We would stay at this property again. On a sidenote, we did arrive to no accessible Wi-Fi. My husband was still on the clock for work, and we barely had enough signal to get messages out to try to remedy the situation. Another error on our part was not looking up all of the information for the lacrosse tournament.. We couldn’t access our Maps or even the apps showing our kid’s tournament schedules. Because it was late at night when we arrived, we also couldn’t go to the coffee houses as they were closed. Just something to keep in mind for future travelers. Just as advertised in excellent location
We had a great stay! The location was excellent and the property manager was very attentive and helpful. The house was just as it had been advertised. The heater in the master bedroom was very loud and disruptive the first night but we turned it off the other nights & did just fine. The house worked great for us!

We enjoyed our stay. Aside from some confusion about the check-in procedure, which the after hours service rectified immediately, we didn’t have any issues. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Good kitchen. Short walk to the Village. We will be back!

This is a nice cabin. Having no heat when we arrived was not good. There where 2 portable heater and all they did was burn out the fuses. The managment was good about getting us wood for the stove and then it was great. We would rent this property again

Our stay was overall good; the property was nice and cozy. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in. One of the beds had crumbs in it, and there were empty plastic bottles on one of the tables, making me think it hadn’t been wiped down.
