Location! Location! Location! Convenient location is a five minute walk to the river and Drake Park and no more than a ten minute walk to downtown. Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. Cozy home right in the middle of it all on Newport Ave. This cozy home has a bedroom with new queen bed and High Def TV (without a door to keep the open feel so technically a studio), living area with comfy couch that can be converted to a single bed should each guest prefer his/her own sleeping area, a convenient kitchen including a stove/oven and full-size refrigerator, and a full bath with tub/shower combo . Free WIFI.

Your private getaway has a new, fenced backyard with patio set and bbq grill for your enjoyment.

Convenient parking space for a small car in front of house and parking for larger vehicles on the street.

*All bedding is washed in between every guest stay.

Cozy cottage

Super Convenient
This is a fantastic base camp for exploring Bend. Walkable to everything you’ll want to explore in Downtown/Old Bend, convenient to the Deschutes River trail, and steps away from some great dining along Newport Ave. Newport is a busy-ish main drag, but the property is set back from the street and very quiet. Easy parking. Cozy - best for a solo explorer or a couple, but could accommodate a child as well.

Cozy cottage in Old Bend
It is a small but clean and well maintained cottage. We go to Bend several times a year and we would not hesitate to rent this cottage in the future. We recommend this cottage to single travelers or couples.

Great little place!
Enjoyed this tiny but convenient and cozy little house. We were able to walk downtown to go to shops and restaurants as well as down Newport to some of the businesses there. It was quiet despite being close to a busy street. Check in was easy. Really appreciate the full sized coffee pot!

Great stay!
We stayed at this property in August of 2019 and it was exactly as described. Easy to walk to breweries and restaurants and easy access to hiking and outdoor activities. We lost power one night due to a car accident and the hosts were more than accommodating-even offering to put us in another house (which wasn't necessary but we did appreciate it!) Would highly recommend and we hope to return soon!

Comfortable home for two people
Home had all you need. May check a bit of the cleaning process, cobwebs in the shower, tons of dust on the tv. Sprinklers came on at 9am, had to squeeze along the house to get outside and car got damp inside and out. Great location.

Bend Gem for 2
The cute house had everything we needed to make easy meals. It was a fantastic location near Drake Park & downtown Bend. It was great having an ice maker! We never used the barbecue grill~next time! The back yard was great for enjoying all of your meals with the nice shaded areas. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! Overall this was a true Bend 💎 ~ We are looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you!

For the month of February I’ve been working mandatory overtime at the company I work for and this was a convenient spot. I was only 17 minutes away. It was for the last stretch of the job and it was helpful. Worked out great for the weather we were having as well.

you can probably do better
We love Bend! We try to get there at least 3 or 4 times a year for biking, hiking and skiing. It's such a great town! This rental, however, was probably our least favorite of all the places we've stayed over the years. The photos make it look much better than it is. It's roughly the equivalent of a low end motel. The couch needs to be replaced, as it's small and uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. There's no where to eat except for a fold-out table on the wall, which in order to access you have to move living room furniture. The other downside is that the view looks directly out onto a concrete parking lot across the street and there is noticeable road noise coming from Newport avenue, which is just one house away. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and again, if you're just looking for the equivalent of a low end motel, you could probably do worse. The real challenge for us, however, was the cleanliness, which stretched our comfort zone. All this said, no matter where you stay, have an incredible time in this wonderful mountain town! Happy trails.
