Bend's West Side, Work-from-Home Office, New and Modern, Light, Bright, and Luxurious

Gorgeous, high-quality, new construction (2018). This fabulous home is located just 1/4 mile from downtown and river trails! The light and bright, open floor plan creates an inviting gathering space. The first level boasts a spacious open design including a upscale kitchen open to a spacious great room and dining room. Three bedrooms (two queen and one king) gives you plenty of room to enjoy a getaway with friends or family. The 4th bedroom can be used as a bedroom, den or office with a pull out sofa, and there is also a loft with another pull-out sofa. The office area makes the perfect work-at-home space with a Jarvis adjustable height sit/stand desk and a Capisco Ergonomic Desk Chair.

The long driveway provides plenty of parking and there is a heated garage with an EV charger for a small car or your toys. Please note that there is a tight entrance to garage - access is for small vehicles only. We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Great fun in Bend!
The house was perfect for our overflow of family coming into town for my brother's surprise party! Everyone loved it and we used the kitchen for some great cooking for the group (the party was at my brother's house down the street) PLenty of towels & utensils and the house was super clean! Beds very comfy and living area very spacious. wifi was really good too. Simple instructions and easy to use lock. Thanks for a great stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Bend. It was perfect for our larger family and super convenient to all the activities. Loved being able to walk to pioneer park. Bend is beautiful - hope to be back soon.

Great trip to Bend!
We absolutely loved our stay in Bend and this great rental! I would stay here again. The only thing I would potentially change is adding a TV on the first floor. However, we spent almost all of our time exploring the town and Mt. Bachelor.

Short Walk to Downtown Bend
This was a great spot for spending the weekend downtown Bend. The neighbors are quite close and one is a bigot who didn’t like the pride flag displayed in our *rental* car, but the house itself was great and close to downtown. Would rent again!
