Come and make yourself at home in a beautiful 5,300 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, house with a SPECTACULAR view of 8 Cascade Mountain peaks.
This unique home has plenty of room to roam with 5 acres of property that sits on the bluff above Tumalo State Park and is just a short walking distance to the Deschutes River for floating and fishing.
The wonderfully landscaped yard has four water features, three irrigation ponds, a pasture and plenty of trees for shade.
A circular driveway allows for lots of parking along with a gated entrance to provide privacy.
The front deck has an outdoor seating arrangement along with a 60" flat screen TV and includes a gas and charcoal BBQ's.
As you enter this split level home, you are drawn upstairs by the amazing views.
The gourmet kitchen is adjoining to the dining room and living room/great room with a 80" flat screen TV.
The entertainment room has leather chairs, leather couches and a ping pong table. There is also exercise equipment, a half bathroom, a laundry facility, and the first mater bedroom and full bath are upstairs.
Downstairs contains a pool table room, 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths along with the second Master Bedroom and full bathroom which includes a steam shower.
A Jacuzzi rests on the back deck with the amazing views of the mountains.
At this home, you will feel like you are in the country although you are only minutes away from downtown Bend.

Without a doubt the best view in Bend!
Beautiful private home with plenty of room. Thoroughly enjoyed having lots a different seating areas to sit and enjoy the spectacular view. Kitchen was very well outfitted to meet any cooking needs. Will definitely consider staying again.

Outrageously gorgeous view!
We were a group of eight (4 couples-our 3 sons and wives). Each room had wonderful views, roomy. Three were en suite and the other just a step across the hall. House is very large with many great places to spend time. Fabulous, secured front area for our dog to chase squirrels.location was perfect for us. Kitchen extremely well equipped with plenty of spices,oils, flour etc.Short hike to river to fish or picnic. Bend is a short drive (floating the river was great fun) our son who is into rock climbing enjoyed smith rock. We went to watch him and it is beautiful there with scenic hikes. Also took a hike in the lava cave with our flashlights on a rainy day.Denise is a very responsive, thoughtful host! We would return in a minute.

A great Bend retreat space!
This property was a *wonderful* setting for a family gathering comprising 8 adults and 2 (well-behaved!) dogs. The house is large, with beautiful decks on both the west and east sides, so there is shaded deck space both mornings and evenings. Both people and dogs loved hanging out in the enormous park-like shady front yard. During the hottest part of the day, the air-conditioned rooms with ping pong and pool tables got a lot of use. The view to the west is simply amazing and a perfect complement to morning coffee or a glass of wine after dinner. It's a 2-3 minute drive to Tumalo State Park, where both humans and dogs enjoyed swimming in the river on hot afternoons. What the description doesn't mention is that the property is about 3.5 miles from downtown Bend and there is an *excellent* bike lane all the way into town. When we visit again we'll be sure to bring bikes! This is a great spot and we had a wonderful time.

Perfect place for a Bend rental
The property was in excellent shape. The yard and views are fantastic. The pictures do not do this place justice. Proximity to Bend was great. The communication with the owner was flawless, and we loved the back deck to hang out and enjoy the sunset. We will certainly be back again. Thank you!!!

Amazing property AND secluded
There was nothing that disappointed on this property. We lucked out with no moon and amazing star gazing from the hot tub on the deck. Remarkable views of the mountain range sunsets at night. Absolute perfection. The kitchen had all the amenities and then some, I swear it was like Noah's ark in there with multiple appliances and utensils for everything. Will definitely look to come back to this place again soon.

Incredible views and great location
With a pool table, ping pong table, plenty of games, big TVs, and the incredible view, we wouldn’t ever need to leave the house, but the best part is when we did, it was a super easy and quick trip right to downtown bend.

This house is incredible! Like beyond what the photos can represent. The hot tub deck overlooking the valley and mountains is life changing. There’s several rooms and spaces for people to spread out and play/relax. 10 minutes from town. We’re already planning our next group trip back.

Magnificent View and Accommodations
Enjoyed our 50th Wedding Anniversary with family. Stayed for a week of adventures and exploration in and around Bend. The accommodations exceeded expectations at every level. Gorgeous morning views, beautiful hot tub deck area. Enjoyed family movie night in the outdoor deck/giant TV and all the other amenities. We have traveled with family to various locations and this one, by far, was the best.

Perfect for four couples.
Four couples attending the Corvette show. House is beautiful with great views. Gated so safe. Does have stairs so need to be mobile. Great kitchen for a group dinner. Well stocked. Location perfect for Sisters or Bend Wouldn’t recommend for families because of lack of railings. We will definitely rent again for our group.

Bend Get Away with Friends
In my experience with on-line booking I usually find the pictures are not updated or make the rooms look bigger than they are, which is disappointing. That is not the case with this place, as it was even better than the pictures, and the on-line pictures are great and is the reason we booked the place. The amenities are over the top with a fully loaded kitchen. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The view from inside looking out was amazing. Hanging out on the front or back deck was beautiful and peaceful and you can’t go wrong with a nice relaxing hot tub to end your day. I 100% recommend this place to enjoy with friends, family, and pets.

INCREDIBLE views! Incredible EVERYTHING!
The house and property are absolutely TOP NOTCH with stunning views! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and is spacious. The kitchen is an entertainers dream that flows into a beautiful living area with views, views and more views! And is well stocked. The game room and entire outside is set up to entertain. The property is gated and immaculate! Denise, the host, was more than accommodating with our group and granting special requests and promptly answering any questions that we had. I actually live in Bend and was renting this house for my family’s special occasion. I highly recommend the Tumalo area, where this property is located. I would rent this house again….and again :)

This is a great property for a group. It is a large 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 2 rec rooms with a pool table and a ping pong table, hot tub, BBQ, large deck, and great views. Huge kitchen and living area. Very private grounds.

A hidden Gem in Bend
What a fantastic home. We came in for a golf trip. House was perfectly set up. 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The pool table and ping pong table made for fun evening games. The outdoor bbq area was a great place to have a cocktail after our round of golf. The view from the hot tub overlooking The central Oregon cascades was picturesque. Denise was a fantastic host and was very responsive if we any any questions . I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic House and View
We have wonderful time with our stay: enjoy the fantastic view of three sisters and Mt Bachelor at sunset. The grocery stores are near by, we had BBQ feast (withe all nice seasonings) at the house, big TV, play pool table, ping pong, chess, and watching the stars at night. All rooms had their separate restrooms, also laundry and dryer… Truely enjoying our stay😉

Gorgeous views
We had our yearly family reunion in Bend and just loved it! The house was unique and well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed spending time on the open decks front and back. Hot tub was wonderful after hiking all day with gorgeous views and beautiful sunsets. . The TV in the front of the house by the grill was wrapped in a blanket and not working, needs very minor TLC in back of house. Denise was pleasant and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again if in Bend!!

Exceptional Home Exceptional Views
This property was overall fantastic! A beautiful home with a gourmet kitchen and fully stocked. Two Master Suites + 2 bedrooms, well done and well appointed bathrooms, decks for viewing, multiple BBQ's, the list goes on. This one made for a wonderful 4th of July.
