Located at the outer edge of River Wild Resort in Mt Bachelor Village, this 2100 sq ft tucked away home is minutes from the heart of town, yet away from traffic. All you will hear is the sound of the river. It majestically sits on the bluff on the largest River Wild private lot in a forest setting surrounded by native landscaping & ponderosa pines.

This vacation home has a large wrap around deck with a gas barbecue for deck dining with a view of Pilot Butte & the River as a backdrop. It is also minutes by foot to a community hot tub & Deschutes River Trail. You will also be minutes away from the Bend Athletic Club, Bistro 28 Restaurant, shopping, the Mill District, downtown Bend, golf, downhill skiing, snowboarding, x-country skiing with 50k of groomed trails, snowshoeing, world class dog sledding & endless mountain biking including Phil's Trail.

Mt Bachelor is up Century drive just 25 minutes from River Wild. We had a great stay! The house is awesome and close to everything we wanted to do in bend! The community it’s in is lovely and the house feels private but not secluded. AMAZING VIEWS. We even saw a couple of deer walk by the deck on our last morning there.

Fantastic house, amazing location
My family met up here for some skiing and we had a wonderful time. The access to the river trail was incredible for morning and evening dog walks, and with the snow it was just gorgeous. Access to Mt. Bachelor was super easy and at the end of the day we looked forward to being back at the house. Great house; highly recommend!

Spring Break
We had a great time. The house is very comfortable, nestled in by the river. Walking trails galore are just outside the door and town is a short drive or walk away. Made the 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor for skiing. All so convenient and a fantastic home to prop our feet up and watch the sunrise and sunset. Wish we had time to stay longer and will definitely go again.

Beautiful house and great location.
Beautiful house with great view of the Deschutes River canyon. Very fun to hang out outside and listen to the river. It’s about a 5 minute drive in to downtown and was easy to get Ubers and Lyft within a couple minutes. The community pool and hot tub area seemed popular for people with younger kids. Overall the neighborhood was very quiet and clean.

An Incredibly Peaceful Spot
Can't say enough about how quiet and natural this spot is. Quite remarkable considering its convenient location. Family getaway
This home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked full of all we needed. Grocery store was close to purchase our food. We enjoyed the nearby access to the river(bring water shoes!). We had fun renting tubes at the Park&Float! We also enjoyed visiting the many Farmers and Craft markets. It was nice to return to this home and relax on the porch and listening to the flowing river. Beautiful Stay
The inside of the house was very clean and very well stocked. The only uncleanliness was the outside porch furniture and tables . it was a beautiful home with a beautiful setting. We could see a couple of sections of the river below and hear it along with the wind blowing through the tall pines. We ( my siblings and their wives all over 64 years) were only disappointed that we could not have family guests over for just a dinner at the house to visit with my 95 year old parents that we took on this vacation. Loft bedroom is a little awkward for all adults staying . All things in the house worked well.
