Just a short walk from Downtown Bend, is this gorgeous award-winning, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with an office. Awbrey House is applauded for its fine craftsmanship! This well appointed home features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf six-burner gas range and warming drawer, hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops and slate tile back splashes. Downstairs is a large open concept living space, with a laundry room and powder room, as well as a den. The four bedrooms in Awbrey House are located on the second floor. The Master King Suite features a beautiful bathroom with double sinks and a tiled, open shower with dual shower heads. The remaining three bedrooms all feature Queen beds, and share a full bathroom. Awbrey House is equipped with a flat-screen television, internet access, as well as a gas barbecue grill. This spacious home is conveniently located near neighborhood markets, Drake Park and Downtown Bend.

Incredible location for a trip to Bend. Easy walk to downtown and several other great neighborhoods in town, including our favorite restaurant, Spork! Would stay here again anytime its available.

We had a great time. The property was in a terrific location. It had everything we could want. Fabulous kitchen we cooked a great dinner for family one evening. House so comfortable and pretty! It felt so cozy with the fireplace on a cold night. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The house is exactly what we were looking for as a family of 4 plus our married friends. Location is perfect. Only frustrating part (and this is more aimed at Vrbo) is that you find a listing; see the nightly rate and then when you go to pay, the ++ costs are ridiculous

Bend Getaway
We loved this house especially because it was so close to downtown! Not even a 10 minute walk and you’re right in downtown Bend! The house was very spacious even with 7 adults there. We’re definitely planning on staying here again.
