This quaint brand-new home built in 2022 is in the heart of Bends Southern Crossing district. You can walk or bike almost everywhere! This home was designed by award-winning local architect Muddy River Designs, with fabulous furnishings and modern amenities. The spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bath main house sleeps up to 9 guests. Comfy beds with luxury linens and upscale decor make you feel at home. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of adventures. The outside space includes a saltwater 7-person hot tub and tables and chairs for socializing and dining.

The spacious one-bedroom guest home is across the courtyard breezeway from the main house for convenience while remaining private. It includes one bath and sleeps up to four guests. It also has a fully stocked kitchen and living area.

A short stroll takes you to Old Mill shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and Hayden Amphitheater. With river trails and access points nearby, this location is perfect for an unforgettable Bend experience. Time to create some lasting memories!

We had a retreat in Bend that we were all attending. The house was the perfect location for us to be able to rest, have fun, and enjoy some much needed time away! We were so grateful for the walking distance to the Old Mill District. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was a great place to let down and hang out. Our host was available and attentive to any questions I had leading up to the trip. I plan on staying there again in the future! You know it’s great if you want to go back!

Held our annual fantasy football guys trip this past week at the house in Bend. Great house, location, and amenities! Had everything we needed, and is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, and in proximity to hiking, golf, etc.

Gorgeous home and perfect walking area for our family
I recently stayed at a lovely rental home with my husband, which was by far the best we have ever experienced. The house was even better than described and pictured. It was located within walking distance of the Old Mill and the Deschutes walking trails, making it very convenient. The home was spotlessly clean and tidy, with comfortable furnishings and no clutter. The outdoor spaces were private and inviting, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. Being someone who enjoys cooking, I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had a gas cooktop/stove, quality cookware, knives, and more. We would highly recommend this home and give it a 5+++ star review. Also, my parents were very happy with the guest home. They had a full kitchen and living room, which allowed them to relax away from the group when they needed some alone time. It was a perfect balance of space and privacy for the ten of us. I want to thank Daniel for considering the comfort of his guests!
