4BR (2 masters!)/3Bath with central A/C, TESLA charger

This home was purchased in December 2012 and has been completely remodeled and updated for your enjoyment!

We also own the 3BR/2bath cabin next door which is available as an additional rental for larger groups.

This home has heated master bathroom floor, WiFi, 60 inch flat screen TV and smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms, central AIR CONDITIONING, Tesla charger and much more!

We have a strict NO PET Policy and NO, we do not make exceptions, sorry!

We have 4 bedrooms:
1) Master suite with king sized bed (Pack-n-Play crib, Air Mattress in closet)
2) 2nd master suite with a queen bed;
3) 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and
4) 4th bedroom has a twin over full sized bunk bed and twin+trundle bed.

For your use, there are 10 SHARC passes and 10 bikes (8 adult bikes, two child bikes), 2 strollers (one BOB single revolution stroller and one double stroller that converts to a bike trailer) and a tag-along child bike.

Please check the SHARC website :(https://www.sunriversharc.com) before your stay for the latest information on hours of operation/closures and be prepared to be flexible! ****

This home is located off of Cottonwood road and Beaver Drive and is central to all that Sunriver has to offer: the SHARC pool, tennis courts, Sunriver Village, Golf courses, miles of biking trails and rafting on the Deschutes River and is a quick 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor.

Solid rental
House was clean and comfortable with a great selection of bicycles. Wish there had been some basic staples like salt and sugar and more towels but besides that we really enjoyed our stay.

Sunriver Family Home
Great place for multi-generational family gathering. With two master suites, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room, plus lots of toys, bikes, passes to aquatic center, and a hot tub, it was perfect for our family.

Lovely, roomy home. The large kitchen and spacious great room were perfect for a big family gathering. With no snow, we put the bicycles to good use. This home has the best selection and quality of bikes we’ve ever come across in Sunriver.

Friends and I rented this house for a quick weekend with our small kids. It worked great for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and the couch fit all of us. The game closet was a total bonus for our small kids.

This place had everything we needed to fit our family of six. If we had two more kids, they woyha e had space to sleep, too! Loved the toy closet! Laundry! Well stocked kitchen! AC helped during the 90+° weather when we stayed here!

Great family time
My husband, infant daughter and I stayed with my mom, dad and brother at this house. It was great for everyone to have their own room/space. Two of the bedrooms have their own bath, so it was like having two masters. Easy to get to. Clean, great deck and no house backing up, just beautiful trees. We really enjoyed the couch/living space and hot tub together. Great family memories.

Winter getaway
We stay at Sunriver twice a year and this was our favorite house so far. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We have two kids under 4 and there was plenty of toys to keep them entertained and a portable crib/high chair/eating utensils. The hot tub was hot and clean and the location was great. We stayed with my parents and could have easily fit another family. Spacious and nice to have a TV in each bedroom. We would love to come back in the summer and stay here again!

Open floor plan perfect for families
We had a great stay at this property with three families and our children. The living, kitchen and dining rooms are all open floor plans and bigger than we expected. It was great to have private bathrooms off the masters. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working well on our stay and the property manager was communicative and responsive in trying to fix it. Tons of bikes and bike locks available in the garage too! We’ll be back!

Sunriver is a great vacation place. I felt the house needed a little more attention. We arrived with the propane tank being empty. One of the beds was broke, didn’t have a blender. Also one member of our group was shocked by outside outlet near hot tub. We still would go back house just needs more attention. Good layout.

Comfortable. Good beds, spacious. Appreciated the toys for kids. Biggest concern: master bath was not adequately cleaned and had long hair from prior occupant on the tiles. Less concerning but contributing to sense of sloppy cleaning was small amounts of acne-treating soap left in shower (in their dispensers). Seemed just left over from prior visitors rather than for benefit of guests. Rather have nothing than others' odds and ends. At least add salt to very limited pantry condiments.

family fun
We had my daughters in-laws in from Eden, New York. This was a perfect place for us all to be together and enjoy many outdoor activities. The house has a perfect layout for all to have their privacy, yet all together in the open kitchen living area. The deck was perfect for evening meals. We loved the variety of bikes. All could ride at once, even the little ones! The only set back was there was no hand soap, saran wrap, foil, etc. The kind of essentials you don't pack for three days. Otherwise it was a great stay, loved the location and home.

Wonderful Stay !
We had a great stay! The following are some of the things we really enjoyed: A/C, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen utensils/supplies, large patio with lots of seating, variety of bikes, great location with backyard privacy where deer walked by daily, extra bike locks, lots of beach towels, hot tub, SHARC passes, and the layout of the house - one of the bedrooms with an attached bathroom was separate from the other rooms. There were a few things we would have liked: chairs in the garage to watch others play ping-pong, the patio table was made of tile and was falling apart and dirty, the uncovered window in the bedroom let in a lot of light making it hard to sleep in the morning, the Kuerig didn’t work well and when it did the coffee was luke warm, and most disappointing was the BBQ wouldn’t work - after trouble shooting and trying to reach the property manager we ended up having to cook the burgers on the stove. Overall, the pros outweighed any cons and we would definitely stay here again!
