"We drove Spain for four weeks and our 3 nights at this location was a highlight. The lovely owner truely is proud of his hotel and the grounds. And rightly so. Our room was faultless, with a lovely outdoor table/chairs and umbrella just for us. The pool was superb. Clean and warm with plenty of deck chairs, all surrounded by peach trees covered in fruit. It rooms were well appointed (loved having our own washing machine so we could depart with clean clothes) and the rooms were extemely clean....

"What a wonderful place to stay; very peaceful, quiet, extremely clean, spacious and the owners were so enthusiastic about the area and very helpful in showing us what we might like to see. (We thought the area looked like Utah after several weeks in the mountains of Andalucía.) The grocery store is a few minutes drive into town and there is parking right next to the store; very convenient. The pool looked lovely, but was not open yet. We highly recommend La Chumbera for a stay in this area."
