This apartment enjoys the benefit of being on one of the marinas sought and has fantastic views from the balcony. The property is on the second floor. The apt consists of lounge with patio doors leading onto balcony. Double bedrooms again with patio doors onto terrace. Double bathroom with shower. Kitchen includes dishwasher, etc, and laundry room with washing maching, stylish and modern fully fitted kitchen with new appliances.

For those of you who prefer a more sedate holiday then the beach offers all the usual facilities.
With just a short drive to Marbella, Gibraltar, Mijas and many other towns this makes the apartment a great base for those of you who wish to explore the area

Fab break with friends in Puerto apartment
Have stayed in the apartment many times now, we return because the view from the apartment is breathtaking and the location is spot on, The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Excellent service from Aurelio! Definitely book again!

amazing again
Everything is relaxing at this apartment, we could get in early due to cleaning being done {cleaners allowed us access} as we waited for Aurelio. The only issue we had was not being able to get the TV to work for some English speaking channels {not the end of the world} but it's nice to chill after a day out or not a good sleeper

The check in process was perfect. Aurelio was there and was available during the stay to answer any questions. The apt is bright and airy. The AC worked very well. We were very happy to have chosen this apt. The location and the views were superb.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location!
Absolutely superb location, views are amazing, well maintained and very clean accommodation, excellent WiFi reception, handy for all amenities, had a super stay, would definitely return for a third visit! Thank you Disappointed there was no parasol for balcony, would have been welcome for shade from afternoon sun, other than that, a brilliant time was had by us all

Great holiday!
We have just had 7 fantastic days in this apartment, which was everything we wanted. The position was great it was very well fitted out. Aurelio was on hand when we arrived and he explained how to work everything and gave us all the information. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and have re booked for next year.

Fantastic location with stunning views of the beach, but additional charges were too high
Apartment was situated between Benalmádena and Torremolinos right on the sea front. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The block is quiet and safe. Our Apartment was advertised with English tv but only had Sky News and nothing else, except Netflix. We paid an additional service charge for cleaning at the end of our stay but this was cheeky considering we always leave as we find ! The early check in as we arrived at 11am and was detailed even though an early check was included on our paperwork it got delayed until 1pm. Good job there are lots of bars nearby ! Beds were comfortable and bedding of good quality. Bath towels were of poor quality and one shower had missing buttons which made turning it on tricky, well almost impossible and the other shower cubicle was very very small so god forbid if the soap got dropped! Also paid extra for late check out (well 3pm and our flight was 9pm). Great WiFi throughout the apartment. I Waited almost 5 days to get the damage deposit returned after returning home. Great selection of bars and restaurants close by and the overall price discounting the extras was excellent. Fine for a short stay with 2 couples.

lovely apartment
Beds were bigger than most in Spain and with proper linen. Shower worked really well. Kitchen had everything you needed. Living room worked well and there was Eurosport! Wi-Fi worked like a dream.

Objekt in toller Lage am Hafen von Benalmádena
Schönes Objekt in toller Lage. In der Wohnung hat man alles, was man benötigt. Wir waren mit Baby und Hund dort. Abends ist es teilweise sehr laut, da unterhalb direkt Gastronomie ist, aber damit muss man in so einer Lage rechnen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren schon öfter in Benalmádena.

Es un apartamento cómodo que tiene una terraza que da a la playa de la carihuela que es impresionante. Comes, desayunas y cenas oyendo las olas del mar. Faltaba algo de equipamiento basico en la cocina, como por ejemplo un escurridor para la pasta o un abrelatas, pero hay chinos baratos en la zona.

Fantastic location
This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Great views and you can almost touch the beach it's so close. Benefits from being well equipped with almost everything you may need for a great holiday. We will definitely be booking to come here again I will stress these are ALL minor recommendations and did not detract from our wonderful stay..... 1) A door mat by the front door would be useful to help keep sand out of apartment. 2) Two sun beds as there is currently only one 3) A journal to explain how to use the washing machine, dishwasher & cooker/oven would be helpful, however we did manage to work them all out. 4) Kitchen could benefit from a garlic press and kitchen scales for measuring. 5) Small bathroom door stop was not fixed when we arrived. It would be beneficial if this could be fixed.
