The residence is quiet and secure, with all the amenities including a huge swimming pool with lifeguard on weekends during the season. Easy to park a car for free in front of the residence.

Fantastic for two to four persons
We had a wonderful stay. Everything is just cozy. 🤗 The communication with the owner is top class. The distance to everything is a little bit long without a car. But Taxa is not expensive. The indoor space is small and a little bit old , especially the kitchen is small BUT with max four persons it’s perfect Thank you Patty for a wonderful stay

Disappointing
Our first impression was that the property seemed smaller than it appeared on photographs, the photographer has done a good job of making it look stunning. The kitchen was very small and inadequate, no available food preparation area. The bathroom would benefit from a little TLC, tiles and shower screen were a little neglected. The bed was ‘strange’ it felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, as one of us moved the other was bounced around! and the pillows (or cushions to be precise) were far too small and soft. There is a hairdryer but no electrical socket near to the huge mirror which made things a bit difficult. We stayed at the beginning of February and found the apartment very cold as it didn’t benefit from the sun, there is a heater in dining area but it wasn’t very efficient. The best part of the property was the large solarium, but again, the photographer managed to make it look all sparkly and luxurious which it isn’t, there was no way I would have put any food on the barbecue, and bringing food and drinks up and down the spiral staircase is not ideal. The area is very hilly, difficult at first but you do get used to it, there is an excellent supermarket and regular bus service (within hilly walking distance) not many places to eat and drink unless you take a long walk or a bus ride into main town.

Prima appartement,vooral het dakterras is super,enige nadeel was dat het zwembad vroeger dicht ging dan het seizoens einde,ook het parkeren was soms een ramp,heel weinig plaats,voor de rest alles super,fijn contact met de verhuurders docht ging en wecde laatste week niet meer konden zwemmen

Die Terasse ist der Hammer!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen, insbesondere die Abende auf der Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung war komplett in Ordnung, nichts war defekt oder unbrauchbar. Von hier aus lassen sich gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung organisieren, ein PKW erscheint uns aber sinnvoll. Patty und Therry haben uns im Vorfeld mit Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokalitäten versorgt, der Kontakt war ausgesprochen nett! In Summe absolut empfehlenswert.

Wundervolle Dachterrasse
Der abendliche Sonnenuntergang auf der oberen Terrasse war ein Traum. Super freundliche Vermieter und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Für gehbehinderte oder ältere Menschen ist es eher ungeeignet, allerdings gibt es einen Aufzug um zur Wohnung im 2. Stock zu gelangen. Das Appartement liegt an einem Hang und bietet inmitten der Berge einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die umliegende Gegend ist mit einem Auto gut erreichbar und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, die Strände sind mit Kurzer Fahrtzeit erreichbar und kostenlose Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der mobil ist und auf Erkundungstour gehen möchte.

Magnifique Penthouse
Nous avons séjourné 11 nuits ds la penthouse de PATRICIA y Thierry.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le ROOFTOP et sa vue à 360,sa petite cuisine,son salon d'été...Tout y est pour passé de bonnes soirées! De plus nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et arrangeants.

Ein tolles Appartement mit grandioser Aussicht
Der Aufenthalt in den Ferienwohnung war sehr entspannend. Die Anreise und der Empfang haben sehr gut geklappt. Die Vermieter haben sich total bemüht und immer mal wieder (aber unaufdringlich) nachgefragt ob alles ok ist und oder wir Fragen haben. Die Dachterrasse war natürlich das Highlight. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Séjour à Benalmádena
Excellent séjour dans l’ático proposé par Thierry et Patty. Tout est conforme à la description. L’appartement est bien équipé. La grande terrasse ombragée avec la superbe vue sur la mer est le grand plus de cet appartement. La personne qui nous a accueillis, Barbara, est à l’écoute et très gentille. Thierry et Patty, les propriétaires, sont également à l’écoute et réactifs. Ils sont de bons conseils tant pour le tourisme que pour les restaurants. Merci pour l’adresse du restaurant La Viborilla : super endroit avec vue directe sur la mer. Nous recommandons cet appartement et gardons l’adresse pour un prochain séjour peut-être.

This is a very nice apartment but location is remote. We were unable to continue our stay there as we did not have a car. it is essential to have a car even to get to the supermarket. Location was very hilly and not close to amenities.

Super Dachterasse
Super Dachterrasse, das Appartement ist gut. Hat allerdings eine sehr kleine Kochecke und schon etwas älter. Die Lage ist ok, Einkaufen , Restaurants und Strand ist in 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, geht aber steil bergauf/bergab. Am besten hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen, die allerdings nur über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist, war für uns kein Problem. Auch ist eine kleine Terrasse vorhanden, wo wir gefrühstückt haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat super geklappt.

Bel appartement climatisé avec rooftop magnifique
Nous avons passé 2 semaines en juillet 22 dans cet appartement très fonctionnel, climatisé et surtout avec un rooftop où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps pour y prendre nos repas. Nous avons apprécié notamment la plancha disponible sur place ainsi que le point d'eau pour y faire notre vaisselle. L'appartement est à 10 minutes en voitures des plages (belnalmadena et fuenguirola) Mention particulière à Patty et Thierry pour leurs nombreux conseils pour découvrir la région. Merci à Barbara pour sa disponibilité pour les procédures de check-in et check-out. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location !!!

Logement très agréable surtout la terrasse où on a passé beaucoup de notre temps. (Repas, vaisselle, sieste). Vous avez un supermarché à 7mn à pied. La mer se situe à 2 mn en voiture et à 15 mn à pied (ça monte un peu). La piscine dans la copropriété est très grande. Le propriétaire est très sympathique Donne de bons conseils pour que votre séjour soit agréable. A découvrir ....
