A cozy classic-style villa in La Zagaleta Golf & Country club, located about 20 minutes by car from Marbella and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús, the most luxurious real estate complex in Europe, offers a privileged lifestyle and total privacy to spend some perfect vacation and disconnect from the stress of the day to day.

From the entrance of our villa we are greeted by the hall, which flows into the elegant and cozy living room with fireplace and 2 comfortable sofas and the exit to the semi-covered terrace with barbecue area.

The dining room is independent, open kitchen with gas stove and extractor, fully equipped with breakfast area, it has a fridge, freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The office with work area has a sofa bed, which can serve as an additional bedroom and a guest toilet.

The laundry room is independent, with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Our luxurious vacation villa has 3 double bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, all distributed on the same level. Apart from the shower, the bathroom of the master bedroom also has a large bathtub with incredible views of the garden, to spend a few nights relaxing and disconnecting from everyone. Only the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.

Another highlight of this vacation home is the terrace with unforgettable views of the mountains and private pool areas with sun loungers and barbecue.

It also has 2 large parking spaces in the covered garage, and space to park 3 cars on the street right in front of the villa.

The villa is air conditioned so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning in the bedrooms. It also has WIFI in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

For your comfort, we provide bath towels and bed linen, so you only need to bring your personal items for your vacation in our beautiful vacation home in La Zagaleta.
