"This one of the best hotel in Morocco that I like visiting with my kids, however in my last two visits to the hotel me and my kids got food poisoning which is a shame really."

"Poor communication - it took them 30 min to find our reservation. the phone # on the reservation was wrong - belongs to someone who has nothing to do with the property. AC was not working and we had to pay extra to be moved to a different apartment"
