"This was our 3rd stay in this location over the past few years. The building location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and has free parking. The studio we stayed in this time made our vacation less pleasant. Besides the dirty walls, worn out cabinets, and molded bathroom the utensils in the kitchen were aged and deformed. "the place including elevators need a bit of an update and the parking is really bad around that area "

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."
