You won't forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Originally built as a diary barn this home includes lots of open space, original wood elements, and vintage eclectic charm. This home has a large open main floor plan to accommodate plenty of guests and boasts two covered patios to enjoy outdoor living anytime of year. The Barn in located 1 mile from the heart of Bemus Point, NY, but away from the hustle and bustle in a quite country setting. Come experience it for yourself!

This barn home is over 4,000 square feet and features two separate but connected living spaces. Two kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms, two patio spaces, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, 2 loft spaces, a bonus room with bunk bed (pics coming soon), plus a huge open concept main living floor. This is perfect for a multifamily get-a-way! You won't understand the amazingness of this space until you rent with us. It's massive, it unique, and it's a perfect home away from home.

We have space in the driveway for 6 vehicles and additional parking on the lawn for your boat trailer.

Amazing weekend at The Barn in Bemis Point
Words can explain how amazing this place is. Everything about it is top notch - I could write a book on how awesome it is 😊😎😊😎 we weee able to fit 13 people so comfortably and never felt like we were under each others feet . Weather allowed us to be outside for cornhole and ladder ball during the afternoon and beautiful campfires at night ! None of our group had anything negative to say about any of our stay . LOVED it and will be returning at some point ! Thank you Emily and Greg !

Barn House in Bemus Bay
We had a fantastic stay at this barn house. We had 2 families that stayed. It was very spacious where we had our own sleeping space and space to have some privacy but when we did things together it felt cozy. The owner of the property made everything very easy and was very responsive to messages it was a short drive to town. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to go back!

Really nice large home!
Emily was super helpful and responsive! I had a couple questions and she answered immediately! I loved having one open floor for all of us to hang out but there were other levels that allowed you to get space if you wanted it.
