"I recently stumbled upon this hotel on our trip across France with my 3 children and we had such a wonderful stay that we will most definitely stay here again on future trips to France. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It has a quiet, calm atmosphere but is super family friendly. I have 3 boys so the pool and the foozball table were huge plusses! "This is a very special place. Caterina was helpful, friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our night here. We wished we had more time to relax there. Rooms are a good size. It was quiet and parking was nearby and free. It took us a few minutes to find the entrance as it is a residential street and the signage is very small. We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage but Caterina was kind enough to let us check in and get settled. We were able to have our picnic lunch on the little roof top...

"Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again."

"The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of attention as the shower head didn’t really fit the holder and kept flipping downwards. The shower tray didn’t seem to drain very well and the whole unit could do with being updated. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate. "

Family reunion

"27 of us from 6 weeks old to 76 had the best time in Yohanns place. It is superbly well equipped, in a charming town and is within very easy drive of Carcassone. The butchers opposite is superb if you want to bbq to your hearts content. Some of the group went to the Tour de France, some golfed at golf de Carcassone, some drove to the sea, some ran in the local hills and most just stayed by the lovely pool, and in the converted barn where so many games were provided. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms in the house are superb. Great great stay."

"Very well maintained & host super helpful! Highly recommended for a quiet stay away from the bustle but very close to Carcassonne & other attractions, incl. the amazing Cathar ruins up on the hills. Space is comfortable, artfully decorated and the countryside is stunning."
