"Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide! Numerous little things that we wished for at other places were included here: clothes hanging rack, clothes baskets, flossing sticks, cotton swabs, extension cords, instructional videos, and too many different things, to name just a few. The kitchen was terrific, too! There was a coffee bar with many syrups, creamers, and S'mores stuff. We wish we could live here year-round!"

"A fabulous place with the most excellent hosts we’ve ever interacted with! The house itself is completely usable and every single amenity is included: all kinds of pots, pans, differently sized plates and cups and glasses, foil and parchment paper-it lacks absolutely nothing! Add to that the historic nature of the house-so fun to stay in the old jail and to be able to see evidence of it. The patios are excellent and the creek is right out back; a couple of blocks from the front of the house...

"The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was very clean minus the floors that could use a good mop job according to the bottom of our socks. My 4 and 7 year old loved having their own rooms and all the tv options. All 3 queen beds were very comfortable and the laundry room came in handy for an 8 night stay. Unfortunately, the pool and garage doors were broken so we were not able to use either. Make sure to bring bath rags (we were only given towels), laundry detergent,...

"We had 3 couples and 1 single person so we rented the extra guest cottage and we were all very comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was well equipped. The house has a big view of the lake and it is mostly undeveloped as far as the view you have from the house. So, you get the feeling it is all yours to enjoy."
