"Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We didn’t use washing machine as only stayed 3 nights. Has eye level oven and ideal for the less mobile as everything on one floor. Cosy, comfortable lounge with tv and plenty of books to read. Would happily stay again."

"Annual girls trip; expectation of relaxation and fun. Upon arrival the Lodge was clean, new carpets, clean walls, new kitchen and well appointed/decorated throughout- looks can be deceiving. Preliminary walk around and checks found there was no fire alarms, fire blanket and no Welcome pack or inventory list of what to expect or where to go for emergency planning. "Beautiful cottage in a great village location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The cottage is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The only negative being the busy road to the front of the property. This is only a minor negative which wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. Franny the host couldn't be faulted for the service she provided."
