Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. "This was a really great corner apartment that matches the pics and was fully stocked. Comfortable and safe. Check in was super easy. Views of downtown were incredible. Didn’t get to check out the lounge and gym maybe next time. Wifi was on point. Loved my time here. "

(Amenities include: underground parking, a 34th floor roof top hot tub, gym, large common space, and sauna).
