"The property is still under construction, so I can understand how some parties would take issue with it. We only stayed for one night, so it didn’t really bother us. The location is a bit remote, but not too hard to find once you get used to driving around Tortola. "

We enjoyed the beach right downstairs and were close enough to drive and enjoy Smugglers, Cane Garden and Brewers Bay.Val took great of us, and we appreciated having water and a fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms for our stay. "We had a fabulous stay at the house. The beach was a short walk or drive (it’s steep) and it was an unexpected treasure. Note: the waves are a bit aggressive. The house had beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler to use. The hot tub was a great way to end the evening. We used Island Time for water taxi, car rental and powerboat rental. They were great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"It was a lovely stay with beautiful views. Mobbsie was fantastic and housekeeper Rosie fulfilled my cleaning request. 3-star for cleanliness because although overall excellent, kitchen cabinets needed a good cleaning especially the cabinet handles. Rosie did take care of this. "A home away from home. Inge and Rose have made their vision a mission to cater to guests. A true relaxing Shangri la. Exceptionally clean and superbly appointed. The use linens that have been in Inge's family for 3 generations. A 5min walk to the best public beach I've ever seen (even after many beaches in the Greek islands). Breakfast is amazing. An outstanding cook (Alex) is always on spot. Inge makes it a priority to ensure guests are taken care of, even ordering dinner for us when needed....

"Karen and Nigel are super nice people, the unit is beautiful and the views are totally amazing. Every day I woke up and went out on the patio and I could never get enough of the scenery. II did not rent a car and I enjoyed walking. Everything is a 15 minute walk if you’re in decent shape. I highly recommend."

"Our family decided to spend five days to relax after a week-long boat charter in the BVI. Flamingo Sunset was the perfect place! Extremely clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Watching the sunsets every afternoon was priceless. Communication with host and her team was excellent. A couple of beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Would certainly rent again and/or recommend to family and friends!"
