"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). "Phenomenal property !!!! I was so happy with our stay - which was sadly too short. This was merely a rest stop on the way to ski. But what an incredible surprise. Super friendly staff - the welcome was professional and so wonderful. The place is a castle and you feel transported to the Middle Ages. Real fast is excellent. Super comfortable. I will return !!!
