"Great location within walking distance to all major sites in Lyon. Fabulous exterior. Very nice lobby and restaurant on site, with great ambiance. An excellent spa, with very attentive staff. Room service works like clockwork, better and more reliable than you'd find in any hotel. Rooms are rather basic, however; bathrooms are clean and modern, but the rest of the room feels dated and cheaply made (old carpets, cheap desks, worn out lamps, etc). One of my TVs did not work. "The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it. The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. "The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed! We stayed one night Monday-Tuesday and spa on Tuesday is opening at 11am!!! Absolutely not worth it to pay for it because we could use it just for...
