"We celebrated New Year’s Eve and had our family’s Christmas celebration at this facility for the second consecutive year. The host lives next door and was quick to respond to our questions but gave us the privacy we desired. The quaint downstairs area features an old fashioned kitchen, seating area with a gas fireplace, large dining area, private bedroom and a bathroom. The upstairs loft includes a large open sleeping area, game room and living room where the siblings all stayed. "

"We loved staying at the Clausen House. It is a beautiful Victorian Home, with antiques and remnants of that past era sprinkled thru out the home. I suggest that anyone that stays there, should take the time to read the literature available about the history of the home and the restoration process. Our family celebrated Christmas there this year. The home was decorated with Christmas decorations and a big beautiful Christmas tree in the living room. "Visiting friends, good location, we had what we needed"

"What a delightful home for a long weekend with our family including grandparents and kids. The house had everything we needed (towels for beach and bath, so many kitchen items, a beautiful gas stove, large kitchen table, plenty of beds). The outdoor area had plenty of seating, paddle boards, kayaks and Lily pad. Perfect view of the sunset as well. The downtown square is just over a mile away and walkable. We will be back next year!"
