"Mi habitación la limpiaron una sola vez. Simplemente sacaron la basura y ya. Eso no es limpieza puse el letrero para q no volvieran a entrar. Para entrar al hotel hay que tocar un timbre. Siempre se esperaba bastante para que lograran abrir. La antencion en el desayuno estuvo muy pobre. No vuelvo. En el jugo y en el chocolate caliente se sentía que el agua no era filtrada."

"I loved Factory Lofts. Very clean. The staff were just friendly and helpful. They spoke Spanish as well as English. The location is perfect for walking to Restaurants and Dancing.
