"Lovely old bungalow. The butler service we had was exceptional. It’s cold at night so fires in rooms & hot water bottles in bed at night. Food really good. They don’t have a drink license so happy to serve your own. I just recommend you keep your gin in your room rather in their fridge. "

"This was an experience like no other, an amazing location. These are eco-lodges, so they are basic, if you want 5* luxury this isn't for you, but you'd be missing out. The views are amazing, sitting on the balcony looking out to the lake in the distance. Everything is taken care of, you have torches and umbrellas. You are so far from anyone else it is lovely and quiet (apart from the wildlife!) We always had hot water from the solar panels. The bathroom was clean but basic. Food was great,...

"It was a big pleasure to have a stay at this house. The location and views are breathtaking, there was no morning or evening in this villa without saying 'oh what a beauty!'. "An incredible property and what an amazing breakfast. It is a distance away from the town and Uber/Pick me drivers get very confused about finding it. Highly recommended, and yes, get the Sri Lankan breakfast!"
