The wifi was great, the linens were clean and the water was hot! I also like the eco-friendly soap and lotion dispensers, eliminating all the little disposable bottles. My only critique which is typical of hotels with non-carpeted rooms. They should impose a room mopping program between each guest arrival. When I showered the next day, the bottoms of my feet were brown from the dirt on the floors. A lot of people wear shoes and boots in the rooms, but I don't. I strongly recommend this hotel due to Jess and the value I received. Plus, it's very convenient to I-29. I typically stay on the Omaha side of the river, but due to the convenience, I think Council Bluffs could be a better bet and closer to downtown Omaha, if you want that. "

"We love staying here when visiting in Omaha! Staff is always courteous and efficient. Breakfasts are excellent! Our only complaint is that the pool water is a little too chilly to be comfortable. We were hoping after the renovation it would be warmer. We have mentioned to the front desk several times and were told the temperature is 83° and that’s fine…"
