"Super friendly, easy to check in! Staff even offered to watch my cat in the front lobby area while I went to meet the moving truck. Absolutely loved that the waffles are branded; such a unique marketing idea. Would have to say, my only complainant was that it was cold in the pool room. If you need to travel to the Quinte area, it doesn’t get any more convenient than the best western! "

"The hotel was beautiful and super confortable. Check in and out was smooth, staff was all very nice and eager to help. The room as spacious and clean, bathroom was lovely and shower pressure was amazing. The gym was small but very well equipped, the pool was clean and water was super warm. Breakfast was good, the waffles were my favourite. Definitely recommend the hotel if you are staying in the area. "
