"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. "Had a lovely weekend break with my girlfriend and enjoyed every bit of this hotel - my only criticism is that they advertise pool, jaquizzi and spa - but the pool is basically a pond in the garden (with fish in it) and spa is a small out house with tiny sauna in it. They also charge an extra fee for using the spa, which is disappointing considering the amount you spend on the room. We decided against using the spa for that reason. "

"Warmly welcomed in person into the grand and beautiful house. Ample parking. Our hosts assisted with dinner reservations a short walk away and had a delicious breakfast spread the next morning. "What a beautiful property to visit Bruges! It was so quiet and secluded but near all the sights. Our room was so spacious and had a balcony that we enjoyed tea on in afternoon.
