There were some areas that could be improved - Was disappointed the owner was uncontactable - phone calls went straight to voicemail and no reply to text message. There was a dirty dish left in the sink and a used bath towel on the upstairs balcony. Recommend removing the racially offensive “toilet” sign on the downstairs toilet. "

"Property was as described and depicted in photos. It was the perfect short stay for my husband and I and our elderly dog. We appreciated the open plan kitchen and lounge, quality appliances, ammenities and decor. Our dog enjoyed wandering safely around outside in the pleasant and secure front and back yard and snoozing under the big shade tree adjacent to a very comfortable deck and barbecue area. "

"Our stay at the garden cottage was just what we needed, it was a beautiful little holiday! Great location within Barwon heads yet staying so close to the owners house was unexpected but privacy was fine. Amenities were up to date, clean and functional apart from the towel rail in the bathroom which unfortunately continually broke when we hung our towels on it. The TV had access to many streaming platforms to watch and enjoy! The amount of natural light that the property received all day long was...
