The place IS a bit tired, but is about to be re-furbished. The staff were lovely, and the meal at Hordern's was absolutely wonderful. A terrific stay, thank you!"

"Comfortable room. Very few issues other than we booked the Queen room with Single and Trundle but the trundle wasn't made up when we checked in. There were also only three bowls. Minor issues and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The food at the pub is also great."
