Our cottage is a 4 bedroom plus a loft , 3 bathroom, over 100 feet on Torch Lake.
The cottage sleeps 10 people comfortably. $200 per extra person
The master bedroom is on the main floor : One King and one daybed. Also, on main floor is a three season room: One twin day bed-Lake View
Bunk Room: Second floor (above garage) 3 twin beds-no Lake View.
Second Floor Bedrooms-Both Lake view: Large bedroom: 2 Queens ans a Daybed
Other Bedroom: 1 King
and Lake View
Loft: One Pullout, no privacy, lake view.

Views of Torch Lake are breathtaking, especially at sunset. This cottage is for family fun and not adult partying. Quiet time on the lake begins at 10 p.m. We are in a neighborhood with long term residents that respect the quiet and beauty of Torch Lake. The beach, tennis courts, at Sunset Condo's, ARE NOT for guest use. There are multiple public tennis courts in the town of Alden. There is a very small public beach to the south of Sunset Condos.
Our cottage has a very long dock, and multiple water toys. This part of the 'Third Most Beautiful Lake in the World", does have a hard sand bottom that has rocks, bring water shoes. There is a large decking area for dining on the water or staring at the stars and turquoise waters.
The kitchen has ample room for a couple chefs, gas stove and double oven. The location of the cottage is 6 miles to Short's Brewery, one half mile to Dockside, 9 miles to Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain for skiing and golf!
Please note that we do not offer mooring for boats, DeWitt and Butch's are less than a mile from the cottage and arrangements can be made if resevations are made early enough in the peak season.
