Upstairs has a third bedroom (double bed) with a private bathroom (shower stall). Down stairs to the mostly finished walkout basement this space offers a second living room (with tv), kids toys, bedroom (queen bed), two single beds, a full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and gym. The walk out basement brings you to a brick patio and large private grassy yard. In the garage you will find a grill, a golf cart, pool / beach accessories and a few outdoor games. Leaving the house:
