Home was nice, and clean, with plenty of accessories in the kitchen and closets. The lot is large, leaving plenty of room to play, or relax on the hammock, deck, or dock. Tina, the property owner, was nice, and communicative. My only real complaint is that the beach was describes as "sandy bottom," when in fact it is very rocky for the first ~40 feet. You will definitely want to bring aqua socks to save your feet from some discomfort. This is not the ideal place for kids to splash around the water in. The fire pit by the water is decent, but the ground around it is severely sloped toward the lake, making it impossible to fit more than a couple people safely and comfortably. In the dark, it is a hazard. Some fill dirt and a compactor would do wonders. Neither negative point I brought up ruined our vacation. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the screened Florida room, and quietness of the area.
