The accommodation is located in Bellagio, also known as the "pearl of the Lario", on the central promontory of Lake Como, from which both branches of the lake can be admired and reached. Worth visiting are the parks of Villa Serbelloni and Villa Melzi, the Museum of Navigation Instruments, or take a walk along the lakefront to admire the landscape in the imposing embrace of the Pre-Alps and the Alps.

- BALCONY with breakfast table with two chairs.

- BEDROOM with a bunk bed (2 sleeps), wardrobe, a penguin for A/C.
- BATHROOM 2 with shower with curtain, bidet, sink, wc and washing machine.

Bellagio, also known as the "pearl of the Lario" is a renowned location on the promontory on Lake Como. It is known for its cobbled streets, elegant buildings and the Park of Villa Serbelloni, an 18th century terraced garden overlooking the lake, Villa Melzi, a historic residence. Nearby are the Torre delle Arti, home to exhibitions and shows, and the Romanesque Basilica of San Giacomo. Near the rocky beach of Loppia, there is the Museum of navigation instruments, where sundials and compasses are exhibited. But this location also offers the opportunity to have fun in the evening with wine bars and clubs for an aperitif along the lake, in particular Lido di Bellagio, also famous for evenings and aperitifs with DJ sets that attracts young people from Milan. The Lido di Bellagio nightclub sees during the summer season, national and international DJs and many celebrities.
