Bellagio Lakeside apartment

Pescallo, once a fishing village, located on the border with several patrician houses, retains its historic architecture, a magical atmosphere, gives calmness and silence.

Here we are located our apartment that we are happy to offer our guests as an exclusive retreat on Lake Como.

The village of Bellagio and the main tourist services are only 10 minutes of easy walk from the square of Pescallo.

Whether for a relaxing holiday or an active family vacation or even for a romantic getaway, you will find the setting suited to meet your expectations.

The catalog of our service providers ranges from culinarue delights to water and mountain sports activities up to a cultural visits and excursions.

We can organize a trip tailored to and from the main airports and railway stations.

The main entrance of the building, old house, is situated next to the square and the Pescallo small square, the apartment is on the first floor and has a total area of ​​90 m2.

The sitting area, living room and kitchen directly overlook the lake shore and immediately enjoy direct views of the marina, the bay of Pescallo, the branch of Lake Lecco and the mountain Grigne. This causes the apartment is illuminated by sunlight for almost all of the day.

The whole apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning.

Amazing apartment! It was even better than the photos. I was surprised at the quality of the amenities inside as well- it’s like the apartment was carefully designed for someone to live, not to rent. The host has very good style in decorating the apartment. The location is beautiful and only a short walk to the main town. Claudia went above and beyond by providing recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, as well as provided transportation which was greatly appreciated.

Can’t recommend this beautiful property enough! Conveniently located by Porto Pescallo for water taxi pickups and drop offs. Walkable to town in 10min. Interior just as stunning as the photos. Claudia was very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Spectacular View and Host
This property is even more beautiful in person. The floor to ceiling windows give breathtaking views of the lake. The apartment (which is located up one flight of stairs) is spacious and beautifully appointed with lovely furniture and artwork. Our host, Claudia, was super helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. Highly Recommend.

Claudia was very accommodating and very helpful! The apartment was beautiful, with an absolutely incredible view. The walk into town was about 10 minutes, and gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Bellagio Lakeside Apartment. Claudia was an excellent host who arranged for transportation to and from Como and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful Place with AMAZING View
Our stay in Bellagio at Claudia's home was one of the highlights of our family trip to Italy. The place was very modern and updated, with all of the conveniences of home. The place looks even better in person than in the pictures, and the view has to be seen to be believed. Nice location with a short walk to the center of Bellagio.

Property was spectacular! View stunning! Quiet and only a short walk to town , ferryboat etc.
Very spacious. All modern appliances, bathrooms and electronics. Decorated very nicely. Claudia was fantastic! Overall experience was much better then the high-end hotels I've stayed in before in Bellagio!

Heavenly stay on the lake
What a wonderful stay we had at a picturesque property on the most beautiful lake in the world. The pictures don’t do justice to the setting, which is nicely situated close to the main town of Bellagio. Claudia is incredible and went above and beyond to ensure that’s we enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t recommend her or the property more. By the way, we traveled with a toddler (Claudia has a crib, which was great), and two kids who shared the bunk beds. All worked out well.

Beautiful Apartment in an excellent location!
This is a beautiful, spacious apartment with upscale modern amenities. The view is amazing as it’s right on the lake!!! The beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Claudia was very accommodating to us as we arrived at 11pm! She provided great recommendations and was always there to answer any questions. It’s a 10 minute walk to town so everything is accessible by foot. She even provided a parking spot in her garage for our car. Highly recommend this gem of an apartment!!!

Fantastic Apartment with Amazing View!
This apartment is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of our stay in the Lakeside Apartment. The view can't be beat and the apartment is just a short distance over many wide steps to the village center. It is a very nice retreat from the afternoon crowds who come to Bellagio for the day. Claudia is an excellent host and always available to answer any questions or help in any way needed. She gave us excellent recommendations for shopping and restaurants. As a side note, don't miss lunch at the Grand Hotel Serbelloni - it is a special place - beautiful hotel and view and the food is amazing.

Simply amazing place and hospitality
We stayed at this beautiful apartment for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures do not do it justice as it is much more spectacular in person. Spacious, comfortable, and professionally decorated. First class and luxurious, with all the little details that make for a great experience. But what really put this experience over the top was the hospitality from the owner Claudia (and her son). They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. If there was a way to give this apartment a sixth star, we would not hesitate to give it that rating.

Beautiful lakeside apartment in stunning location
The apartment is right beside the lake and has an amazing view of the water, the boats and the scenery on the other side. It is very stylishly furnished and has all the facilities you would expect from a quality property. The owner, Claudia, provided lots of small items of food and drink to get us started. She was very helpful (including doing some of our washing) and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, would come back again and certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality apartment with an amazing view and a very helpful owner.

Bella Bellagio!
We stayed one month in Italy, and this was the highlight of my trip!! It really is as beautiful and close to the lake as the pictures show!! It was the cleanest place we have been in. Claudia, the manager, went above and beyond to show us things in the apartment, great places to eat, and where to shop for what in the village. We cooked in a few nights, and that was wonderful. The location is SPECTACULAR! A few feet from a fabulous restaurant! Swans and ducks swimming under our window, and not a long walk into town. I can’t wait to go again, not only because the apartment is so fabulous, but also because we got to know Claudia as our new Italian friend!!!

We spent 3 nights at this lovely apartment and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautifully designed and meticulously outfitted. Beautiful decor, amazing views and state of the art kitchen and entertainment center. 10 minute walk to downtown Bellagio (up/down many stairs!) is a bonus. Right next to two rocky beaches with access to swimming and watersports. We kayaked with Bellagio Water Sports and it was fantastic and convenient. Beds are a bit stiff, but comfortable. Owner could not have been more helpful, having her son pick us up at the train station and her husband drop us off at the ferry. So nice! Would definitely recommend this villa.

This place exceeded all our expectations!
If we could rate it a 10 we would. Claudia was a gracious host. It was right on the water. We loved watching the baby swans and countless water birds. All the fittings in the apartment were high-end luxury. The only downside was that there was no place close for a coffee, drink or snack. That’s not the host’s fault! We walked up and down interesting cobblestone paths to the city center for a great dinner. About 15 minutes walk but steep. Great way to walk off a pasta meal. All in all, the place is even more phenomenal than the photos. Grazie Mille!

Lake Como/Lecco Gem
My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for five nights at the end of June. Claudia has an absolutely gorgeous place. Everything in the apartment is high end, including the air conditioning, which was essential given the heat wave. Most impressive, though, are the stunning views from the apartment and the location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the heart of Bellagio (including the ferry if you plan to go to other towns on Lake Como), but in its own little quiet nook on Pescallo Bay. Claudia is a wonderful hostess, responding to our messages immediately. She also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfection
We were looking for a location where we could enjoy the amenities of Bellagio, but also have space to stretch out and enjoy some quiet. This apartment was all that and MORE. The views are spectacular. You practically have a private beach. The wildlife you can enjoy is soothing and peaceful. Claudia is a 5-star host! She answered every question immediately, at all stages of our process, from booking all the way through checkout. She provided detailed information on how to get groceries most conveniently. She was totally flexible with our arrival and departure times. She was willing to arrange a taxi if needed. The icing on the cake was that she did our LAUNDRY! There is simply no greater gift than the gift of one's time. Claudia gave us her time so we could use our time to relax. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly. Enjoy your time on Lake Como!!! It's a stunner!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views and great host
We loved our stay in the Bellagio Lakeside Apartment. The apartment is terrific, the views are amazing, and Claudia is a great host. I highly recommend this property and we would love to return. My wife and I stayed in July 2018 with our two young children. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and is tastefully decorated and furnished. The outside of the apartment is a picturesque Lake Como scene, and the interior is the same but with modern updates and amenities. The pictures show the inside of the apartment perfectly. The views outside are even better than the pictures show. The apartment is almost on top of the lake in the quiet fishing area of Pescallo. The shoreline is just a few feet from the apartment. There is a small rock beach just outside the door where people come by for a quiet swim, and there are boat rentals and water activities right outside the door. Even our four-year-old appreciated the views and was happy to just sit in the window and admire the lake and mountains. We loved the location because it is just a 5-10 minute walk from the busiest tourist areas in Bellagio, but quiet and serene on the lake outside the apartment. The walk to the main Bellagio town is up a small hill and consists of several of flights cobblestone stairs, but we didn't mind the walk, which is beautiful. Finally, Claudia and her husband are wonderful hosts. Claudia answered all of my questions before booking, gave recommendations on restaurants and travel after booking, and was there to greet us as we arrived after a delay. She also provided wonderful little touches likes fruit, water, and cookies in the apartment for our arrival. These little touches helped make our stay wonderful. We had a great time in Lake Como and are so glad we found this apartment.
