There are so many positive things I can say about this apartment - clean, comfortable beds, communication with host, location, parking (for small fee), washing machine, etc. We stayed for a week and were so happy we took a chance on this place. Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. Walking distance to everything in town easy access to shopping restaurants Marina, very centrally located and a very comfortable and modern apartment in a quaint part of town just a beautiful gem.

Everything about this property is fantastic, beginning with the 5 star attentiveness and help that Arianna gave us. The apartment is thoroughly updated and will full amenities, including a washer/dryer which came in handy during our three week vacation tour. The apartment is located right smack on the best street of Bellagio; just steps from everything. A great plus was that we had access to a secure garage just 1 block away in which to keep our rental. The only drawback was is that the apartment is locate on the fourth floor and bringing the suitcases up required effort (specially since my gf did not pack lightly!), but going up and down stairs is part of exploring these medieval towns. We loved our stay and highly recommend Il Borgo!
