Our home has TONS of patio living spaces, each one furnished to enjoy views of the lake. Inside, enjoy 4 private bedrooms, a giant dining table with room for the whole family, a game room with TV + arcade gaming station, and a wood burning fireplace. Outside, enjoy the lake via our home's private dock with two complimentary kayaks. Our largest outdoor space features a screened in & temperature-controlled balcony with giant windows, lounge chairs, and a game table. Our other patios offer outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and swinging egg chairs!
Our home features stylish & comfortable decor throughout, decorated to invoke that "home away from home" feel. Big enough for your whole family with an upstairs and downstairs living area. Upon entry, find our main floor living room with wood burning fireplace, sofa with Queen pullout sofa, fully stocked kitchen, dining areas (inside & out), and amenities throughout. Get comfortable in our living room for movie night or an evening around the wood burning fireplace. Our spacious, updated kitchen is fully equipped for you to create all of your favorite vacation recipes. Complete with an 8–10-person dining table. Downstairs, enjoy game night on our plush sectional sofa or take the fun outside to back patio or fire pit with Adirondack seating.
When it’s time to unwind after a fun-packed lake day, our home features 4 cozy bedrooms:
(1) Plush King-size master bedroom.
(2) Cozy King-size bedroom.
(3) 2 Queen-size beds.
(4) 2 Bunk beds (Twin over Full). There is also a Full-size pull-out couch in the living room. No matter the room you claim, all of our rooms are complete with fresh linens and bedding! All of our bathrooms are newly renovated and complete with modern touches!
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guests' name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, etc. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of PRIOR to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
