Gorgeous Lake House can’t be beat
I’ve stayed at a lot of rental properties, but never one better than this house. It was absolutely top tier. The interior is beautiful decorated and immaculately clean. The view of the lake was stunning and could be enjoyed from almost every room plus two spacious back decks. We loved the kayaks. If you like birds, this house is perfect. We all enjoyed the birdsongs from the porch. As an avid birder, I was impressed that I was able to spot 45 different species of birds from the yard in one weekend. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. Everyone raved that their bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. The kitchen is well appointed. The property manager was very responsive and answered my texts immediately. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Nice Property but…
The property is nice and has a beautiful view of the lake. Two issues. First, the walk down to the lake is extremely steep. Time for teenagers but there were several people in our party who could not make the walk. Second and bigger problem is you must have a guest pass from the property owner to use do anything at Bella Vista. We enacted to leave the fishing pier and pickle ball courts because we did not have a guest pass. We asked the property owner if we needed one before our stay and were ignored and asked again during stay and were ignored. If you want to do anything besides sit in house and look at lake make sure you get a guest pass. Not even being able to fish really ruined the trip for our family.

Mostly nice but some problems.
My extended family stayed at this home for a week. Overall it was good, but could definitely be improved. The highlights were the lake view, location, kayaks, comfortable beds, and nice sofa downstairs. The problems were missing kitchen basics (oven mitts, casserole dish, coffee maker, only 4 drinking cups), faulty toilet seats, not completely installed/hazardous sliding trash drawer, leaky upstairs shower, no beach towels. I would also say the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up during the day. The downstairs was extremely cold. There wasn't enough seating at the bar or in the living room for all 8 of us. I would also warn others that the walk to the lake is very steep and strenuous on the way back. I also have some complaints about Vacasa. We had a problem with the coffee maker, missing beach towels, the toilet seats, and trash can not being installed. We let them know when we checked in (on Saturday). Vacasa said they would send someone the next day to fix it. We called every day for the next 3 days. Finally we got through to a local manager and someone dropped off a coffee maker, towels, and screwdriver for us to fix the toilet seats! We stopped using the trash drawer because it threatened to drop out on your foot. The Vacasa WiFi was also terrible. It's a captive network that logs you out every few hours. Very frustrating in this day and age. Doesn't work with most baby monitors.

Nice house...steep hill from the dock
House is great, beds were comfortable, AC and water pressure were solid. A grill would have been a big plus. Dock is nice just a pain to get to and from due to steep hill.
