Welcome to The Cottage Down Under! We're located on a quiet street and less than a half mile from the Down Under Loop. Spend your day riding miles of mountain biking trails, playing a round of golf on one of 7 golf courses, or exploring one of 7 lakes all right here in Bella Vista. Then when you're ready to venture out, you're only 13 min to museums & amazing food in downtown Bentonville! Whether you're here for the trails or just wanting some R&R, the Cottage Down Under will not disappoint.

As you arrive at The Cottage Down Under you'll find an incredibly welcoming covered front porch and a smart lock to access the home.

Upon entering the cottage you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The living/kitchen/dining is open concept. The living has an ambient electric fireplace, a large smart TV and a designated work station so you can work hard after you play hard. The dining has plenty of space for a wonderful meal with 6 seats in total. Of course, we can't forget the beautifully designed fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has all that you will need for cooking and baking a delicious meal! Enjoy some coffee and snacks on us once you arrive!

Venturing back to the two bedrooms you'll find abundant space in both with cozy linens on the Queen sized beds, dresser drawers and walk in closets in each bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a smart TV for streaming from your own accounts and will utilized the full bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom with large tiled walk in shower and dual sinks.

Soak up the beautiful Ozark Mountains and crisp clean Arkansas air on the covered back patio while burning the propane fire pit for a little extra warmth. We also have a hose on the back patio to be used for washing your bikes off after a day of riding.

Guests will have access to the entire home minus 1 locked closet and the 1 car garage. We're planning to free up the garage soon but for now are not able to offer it.

The yard is partially fenced directly off of the patio but the remaining yard is not.

We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

Our smart TVs are for streaming from your own accounts.

The pack-n-play & booster seat are stored in the guest bedroom closet.

We do not live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
