While you'll enjoy access to the lake right on-site, this home is also conveniently close to several popular attractions with views of Granton Park and Granton Boat Launch, about a mile drive from the property. This single-level vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare all your favorite dishes. Dine together in the adjacent breakfast nook, gathered around the formal dining table, or alfresco at the side-by-side picnic tables perfect for entertaining and outdoor activities with friends and family. Back inside, take a seat on the sofa bed in the expansive living area, switch on the fireplace, and stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening, or relax in the sunroom and take in the breathtaking view.
When it’s time to enjoy the water, take a scenic walk down the curved and sloping path to the inclined stairway where you will be met by the newly renovated private dock and two kayaks to enjoy at your leisure. Or sip your coffee in the gazebo, which has peaceful views of Loch Lomond Lake. Both lengthy driveways offer the added convenience of easily accommodating off-street parking for a boat trailer.
Additional features and amenities include a built-in desk in the living area for your laptops, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning, plus the pull-out sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. The property also has a secured, covered bike rack for many of the nearby biking and nature trails In Bella Vista.
Bella Vista also boasts of many shopping, restaurant and grocery options, including 100 miles of biking and nature trails such as The Back 40, Trailhead and the Razorback Greenway. Nearby entertainment can be discovered in the cities of Rogers and Bentonville with it's many attractions such as additional biking trails, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, the Walmart Museum, The Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion and Top Golf.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
