START OF BACK 40 CYCLE TRAIL, Close to Slaughter Pen Cycle trail, CRYSTAL BRIDGES, DOWN TOWN BENTONVILLE. Haley Retreat Apartment is only one half mile from world famous Blowing Springs Cycling and hiking trail which connects and extends 35 miles to Fayetteville which is known as the "back 40". Large garage perfect for your cycles. It is nestled in oak trees with a quiet ambience. It is also located close to a clinic and ER, It is six miles to world famous Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art. The is a new rental which features modern upgrade appointments such as stainless steel appliances, new small appliances, wood-look tile, large shower head, dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as sink located in the bedroom with a king size bed. The bedroom has patio doors which open to a deck with patio furniture. It also offers a 2 car garage perfect for storing or working on Cycles and has extra parking adjoining. Nice little guest house
Nice little guest house. Had everything necessary for our stay. Hot water has a strong sulfer smell but i guess that it fairly common to the area.

We had a great stay here for our mountain biking trip! It was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They live next door which helped with a couple of things we needed but other than that they gave us privacy. The garage was big and spacious for our vehicle and bikes. The only downside is the well water has an odor to it but the bag of ice and bottled water offset that easily. We will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!

Super clean, very nice, well stocked kitchen, good hot high pressure shower And maybe one block from the bike trail that took us to slaughter pen which is about a three mile ride. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful property
Property has easy access to the Razorback greenway via mountain bike trails. Right inbetween Bellavista and Bentonville. Well water onsite could turn some people off, but there was bottled water available, and there are groceries nearby to stock up. Had very nice conversations with the property owners.

The house is great! Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our family of four and an easy to access location. Kitchen is fully stocked, and it was convenient to cook most of our meals there. The garage was also really nice to use during a cold snap.

Beautiful remodel with high-end design. Very clean and nicely stocked stand alone unit with extras like a secure garage, laundry, grill on deck, and adequately supplied kitchen. The only surprise is to be prepared for well water if you're not used to it and WiFi can disconnect periodically.

Great location and large garage for a family MTB trip
Off the beaten path but easy to get to Blowing Springs, Back 40 and Wonderland Trails. Hop on All American and ride all the way to Downtown Bentonville or just a short 7 minute drive to Downtown Bentonville.

Weekend Getaway
We recently booked this place for my husbands birthday to mountain bike. The location was wonderful as he could easily ride straight from the place. I loved the added bonus of being able to purchase pool passes while he biked! The place was well stocked with everything in the kitchen to even full size shampoo and body wash, lotion etc. They have all of those extras which is a great bonus when traveling. Only thing I would do different is the bottled water. As mentioned in the description they do have well water. So we came prepared and just brought some cheap gallons of water. They did provide 2 gallons of water. However we noticed both bottles were not sealed. It would have been nice with Covid and such if they could have provided new sealed cheap gallons rather than probably using a refill system. Or even wonder if including one of those Brita filters could help for guests to fill up and use. But again not a huge deal and it is clearly written about having well water which was appreciated! Loved the location as it wasn’t far from anything and would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect for our needs
We stayed a month at Frank & Betty's guest house and never got tired of it. The place is well built and very pretty and comfortable, great value for a long-term stay. The location is surrounded by dense woods, which give the place a feel of isolation that is deceptive as driving time to Bentonville and Rogers is brief.

Lovely property
This property was perfect for my Thanksgiving getaway with family who live close by locally. The check in was easy and the location is excellent, central to everything, but you feel like you are staying in the woods. The cottage was quiet, very clean, the master bed was super comfortable and I loved watching two old movies with the DVD player. The cable was nice as well to watch the football games. The kitchen is perfect to cook in and the bathroom is a great size with all the extras provided for you (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). My personal favorite was the attached garage! I pulled my SUV in to unload when I arrived after dark and there was plenty of room for multiple bicycles too if you are avid bikers. I also had the privilege of meeting Betty and Frank. Perfect Little Get-away
My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying at Bella Vista! It was so clean, cozy, and warm. I loved the fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen. The large garage to put our car in, with a washer and dryer was an extra bonus. Great location and easy access to Bentonville downtown. We would stay here again!
