START OF BACK 40 CYCLE TRAIL, Close to Slaughter Pen Cycle trail, CRYSTAL BRIDGES, DOWN TOWN BENTONVILLE. Haley Retreat Apartment is only one half mile from world famous Blowing Springs Cycling and hiking trail which connects and extends 35 miles to Fayetteville which is known as the "back 40". Large garage perfect for your cycles. It is nestled in oak trees with a quiet ambience. It is also located close to a clinic and ER, It is six miles to world famous Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art. The is a new rental which features modern upgrade appointments such as stainless steel appliances, new small appliances, wood-look tile, large shower head, dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as sink located in the bedroom with a king size bed. The bedroom has patio doors which open to a deck with patio furniture. It also offers a 2 car garage perfect for storing or working on Cycles and has extra parking adjoining. Bella Vista Village guest cards available upon request. Guest house has well water..

Super clean, very nice, well stocked kitchen, good hot high pressure shower And maybe one block from the bike trail that took us to slaughter pen which is about a three mile ride. I would definitely stay here again

Nice little guest house
Nice little guest house. Had everything necessary for our stay. Hot water has a strong sulfer smell but i guess that it fairly common to the area.

Great property, location & hosts!
Property was clean, well equipped, quiet and close to highway. We appreciated the bottled water which was great for our hikes. Frank and Betty also gave us great restaurant recommendations! Perfect property for visiting Bentonville!! Highly recommend and hope to return!

The house was exactly as described and everything was well prepared for us. Before our arrival, we communicated with the owners about the futon bed for our daughters and they were very accommodating. Our two-night stay was perfect.

Great country-like setting, very peaceful. Great size for a couple. Hosts are super nice. MTB trails right out the door (Blowing Springs). Bentonville trails about 10 minutes by car.

Great nice quiet place to stay
My husband and I stayed here during our visit to the Bentonville area. We are big mountain bikers so this was a great location for easy access to the trails. The hosts were wonderful and the house is very nice, updated, with perfect amenities. Very comfortable bed, nice sheets, bottled water available, etc. Thank you, Frank and Betty!!

Comfortable, Clean, and Complete
We had a great stay here for our mountain biking trip! It was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They live next door which helped with a couple of things we needed but other than that they gave us privacy. The garage was big and spacious for our vehicle and bikes. The only downside is the well water has an odor to it but the bag of ice and bottled water offset that easily. We will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs
We stayed a month at Frank & Betty's guest house and never got tired of it. The place is well built and very pretty and comfortable, great value for a long-term stay. The location is surrounded by dense woods, which give the place a feel of isolation that is deceptive as driving time to Bentonville and Rogers is brief.

This property is lovely, very clean and well stocked. There were thoughtful amenities all through the home including flowers on the counter. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you could need. There is seating on the deck outside which was wonderful. The location is very convenient.

Wonderful Haley’s Retreat
We travel extensively in the US and use VRBO or HomeAway frequently. This has been our best experience by far. Wonderful hosts that provided everything we could have needed and more. Beautiful cottage— so clean and nicely decorated. We stayed for two weeks and I’m sure we will be back. Thanks for a great time Frank and Betty!

Wonderful property
Property has easy access to the Razorback greenway via mountain bike trails. Right inbetween Bellavista and Bentonville. Well water onsite could turn some people off, but there was bottled water available, and there are groceries nearby to stock up. Had very nice conversations with the property owners.

Delightful get-away! Great location!
We loved staying at Haley Retreat! We came to Bentonville to bike, so the garage was wonderful to keep our bikes in. The house itself was very well equipped and met all of our needs. The location was ideal as it was very easy to get to parking lots to start riding. We were very impressed with the furnishings and amenities. And a fabulous price! Thank you, Frank & Betty, for providing this little home-away-from-home! We look forward to coming again!

Great property and great hosts!
The Haley Retreat was the perfect place for our vacation! It was just a short drive to all our activities and when we came home it was a beautiful quiet place to relax. The home was very clean and comfortable for the 2 of us, we had everything we needed. The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the birds. Frank and Betty were perfect hosts, very friendly and right next door. I would recommend Haley Retreat if you’re visiting the Bella Vista / Rogers area. Thanks Frank and Betty!
