This ranch home met our needs. It looks like the pictures. The owner/manager was VERY responsive and helpful with what we needed. We had an issue with the AC which the owner continually monitored and then had repaired. This home was well stocked with supplies, so we had everything we needed.

Nice stay in Bella Vista
The house was just as pictured. However, the bathrooms needed wiped down/mopped as there was a lot of animal hair when we got there. Also there was a sheet of plastic and a mattress cover on all beds. I understand they want to keep things clean but this made sleep unbearably hot and noisy. Also the master bedroom has much bigger furniture than what fits in the bedroom. One nightstand blocks the bathroom doorway. Easy fixes. Just needs done!

Great getaway!
We rented this house for a fall trip to Bella Vista. The house is the perfect size for a small family or group of friends. The location is quiet with almost no traffic. If you are a bicyclist, it is close to several trails. The house was very clean and had everything needed to make breakfast. There are lots of deer out in the evening, the only thing we had to watch out for.

Enjoyable stay!!
We really enjoyed are time in Bella Vista. It was great visiting with our family and we just love the area. The house was clean and just the right size with a great fenced in back yard for our pup and the neighborhood was quiet and the people friendly.
