Nice hotel with modern room
The room we got was very nice with well working aircondition, big rain shower and nice bed. The only thing that could be a bit better is the breakfast. Most thing you expect was there but the warm food could be served hotter. The things that was served was different the 4 breakfast we had. For instance bacon only was served once

Great stay with family pet
We were traveling for the first time ever with our family cat, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again.

Although I landed late because of a flight delay. My private transfer was brilliant and was still waiting for me. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was great. Will definitely be staying here again on future travels.

No sleep
Avoid room 206 if it rains! The window ledge is made of tin and when it rains, the overflow from the gutter high above drips onto it and is very noisy. It sounds like someone is tapping a pebble on the bedroom window. Not great at 2am! The staff had heard about this issue before. If the weather is good you won’t have a problem but certainly avoid this room. (My colleague was in room 205 next door and there was no problem.)
