"Good in the hotel was excellent; much better than usual hotel fare! Room was clean and well supplied but for us 2 double beds didn’t work. Would have preferred less furniture (chair, footstool, ottoman) and space for a child’s camp bed."

"Despite a rather indifferent start( our room wasn't ready at 3:15 for check-in ) this turned out to be a memorable stay. Our room on the 8th floor was tastefully furnished with excellent decor. Two comfortable lounge chairs and a fine size TV. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Bathroom again beautifully fitted with high quality toiletries supplied. A small crib might be the tea/ coffee tray which only had two small biscuits. Only one carton of water was supplied for a double occupancy...

"An outdated facility, room was not very clean and the decor was dated. The beds were comfortable. The location to the University, Ulster Museum, and Botanical Gardens were exceptional. A healthy walk to city centre. The staff was kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. "
