So-Fab is a modern, spacious apartment - a hidden gem - with two floors and sets of stairs. The first floor includes a cosy living room featuring a flat TV screen, a sofa bed, and a fireplace; the kitchen features a spacious fridge/freezer, an electric cooker and all the utensils any kitchen requires; and the first bathroom and double bedroom. The second floor features a master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. So-Fab is a 10 minute drive from the heart of Belfast city centre, and a 5 minute walk from Connswater shopping centre where you can shop to your heart's content!

Imagine opening the door to you apartment, the hairway lights up because of the light sensor. As you walk up the stairs, the white bright stair leads you into a spacious landing opening up to a large living area with a cozy glow. Our ultra modern split-level apartment offers three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful retreat after a day of exploration of the city of Belfast.

Our apartment is nested in a East Belfast, close to EastSide Visitor Centre where it signposts and connects visitors to key attractions and the famous faces and places of east Belfast. It is located on the Newtownards Road and is adjacent to both the Connswater Community Greenway and the Comber Greenway.

Visitors to EastSide Visitor Centre can access information on the city’s attractions from interactive digital screens, interpretative panels and a wall map revealing EastSide’s famous faces, places and industries.

The centre includes a coffee bar named after EastSide’s most famous author, C.S Lewis, who was affectionately known as ‘Jack’ to his close friends and family. JACK Coffee Bar offers the very best in locally sourced produce and provides a shop window for local artists and food producers to showcase their products.
