When booking your stay at our waterfront home, please be mindful that our idyllic location comes with some potential noise considerations. As we're situated near both a road and the waterfront, you may experience occasional sounds from passing traffic and the lapping of waves. While the serene natural surroundings make for a picturesque setting, it's important to manage your expectations regarding noise levels. Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing getaway, but we want to ensure you're fully informed about the unique environment before making your reservation.

Note:
Guest must complete Superhog damage protection screening within 24 hours of booking to have booking finalized. Superhog fees will apply. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled.
- No oyster, clam or shellfish harvesting allowed.
- No shoes inside the home.
- Cancellation request outside of policy window will not be accepted. Please purchase travel insurance in case of unexpected events.
- Booking date modification request outside of cancellation policy window will incur a penalty of $250. Fee must be paid prior to modification approval. Only one modification allowed.
- When you eat outside on the deck, please do not use glass.
- No awning use.
- Please don’t move any of the indoor furniture, furnishings or bed linen outside.
- Do not go past property boundary or go to neighbor’s property when outside.
- Please do not float in the water or use the water after 9 pm to respect our neighbors.
- Please minimize noise between 10p.m and 9a.m – particularly when using the outside deck.
- No loud music is allowed outside.
- If the neighbors confront you, please notify the host immediately.
- Please be advised that no overnight visitors are allowed at the property unless this was agreed to by the host in advance.
- Please ensure you lock all doors and windows every time you leave the house.
- Children should at all times be supervised by an adult. You are responsible for the safety of your children at all times. Host is not responsible for any injury.
- We do not provide any life jacket, floating device or water activity devices.
- Propane gas for both BBQ grill and fire pit are starter fuel after that guest is responsible for filling it for the duration of their stay.
- Please be mindful of dripping wet clothes and towels.
- Report any accidental breakages or damages to host before checking out.
- In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
- Please park your vehicle in the designated space.
- Our garage is off-limits for any vehicles.
- In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us within 48 hours after your departure so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests. Guest is responsible for any shipping cost. Host is not responsible for lost items.
- Please remember to clean the BBQ after each use.
- Any breakage or damages must be reported to house. Otherwise, guest will be responsible for cost.
- Wear proper footwear when going down to the water. There are shells and sharp rocks. Host is not responsible for any injury.
- Home is by the road. You understand that there would be traffic noise.

- We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules and may be asked to vacate the property, without any refund of the rental amount paid.
