Horrible experience :-(

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

Ótimo café, mas sem smart tv.

O café da manhã supera muitos hotéis melhor classificados, estava muito bom. O estacionamento não eh automático, necessita que o porteiro va abrir ou fechar manualmente. A televisão não eh smart, ou seja, apesar de ter internet no quarto você fica limitado aos canais abertos com péssima recepção.

Problemas nos quartos e café da manhã.

Hotel Limpo, mas quando chove entra agua pela janela e escorre pela parede, molhando piso do quarto. Ausencia de shampoo e condicionador no banheiro. TV so funciona canais locais. Atraso de 10 a 20min na abertura do cafe da manha em todos os dias da estadia. Moveis necessitando de pequenos reparos e cadeira com estofamento sujo.
